Power point presentation for a case analysis: on September 1996, Richard Machado, 19 years old, sent an email to 59 Asian students from his public university threatening them with phrases such as "my personal purpose is to find you and kill you" and signed them as "the Asian enemy". Several of these students who received the email complained about it to the Office of Academic Computing (OAC). One of the persons who received the email was an employee at the OAC.
