Jennie, a kindergarten teacher, wants to design grade-level appropriate science activities. This segment is very good for multiple purposes: heredity, needs of living things, sorting and classifying, asking questions, teacher modeling, classroom management. The teacher has some very good techniques for getting all the students to participate. She has the students predicting what kind of plant will grow from a particular kind of seed.
